The Story So Far…
Appox and CowInParachute, after once being so close during the GModPod’s tenure, have since moved further away from each other. As Appox concentrates on his film making, CowInParachute concentrates on his music career. Meanwhile, an army of disgruntled podcast fans finally begin to realise that another episode will never be made. Now, at the end of 2007, there is simply no hope that these two defenders of Garry’s Mod will ever band together and make one last podcast. Or is there…?

Operation: Cast-The-First-Stein was a success. Last night, myself and a team of rogue commandos infiltrated the target’s location and retrieved the answering machine. We’re not sure if there was any relevant data; maybe you could have a listen. I’ve attached the contents to this message.
By the time you read this, the target will have already discovered that his answering machine is missing, and will no doubt be on the lookout for suspects. To ensure that our cover is safe, we’ll be releasing the new podcast very shortly. Hopefully, they won’t find out what we’ve really been doing this past month or so.

We’ve outdone ourselves again, as this is the longest podcast we’ve done, clocking in at a mindblowing 56 minutes (sorry, John). But not only is it long, but we’ve chucked in a whole bunch of special features to keep things interesting. You’ll love it, lads. You. Will. Love it.

It’s been a hellish week for Facepunch. There’s been talk shows, there’s been (short-lived) “Broadcasts”, there’s been a myriad of Stickam links. But don’t worry. You can sigh with relief. The big boys are here with the genuine article.
It’s a week overdue. Sorry about that, lads. Either it will never happen again, or Appox and I will realise how bloody lazy we are and just decide to make it a fortnightly podcast. Also, the rain was really heavy in Scotland today. Which means my audio will be a little low quality due to noise reduction. Sorry about that, too, lads.
But on the plus side, to make up for these slight shortcomings, this is the longest episode yet. So sit back, relax and listen as we make even more and more enemies.

We’ve been experimenting, so the quality and the format of the show should be better. The first minute might be a bit dodgy in terms of sounds, but you’ll agree that it really is infinitely better than last week.

The quality’s shite, by the way. My microphone was really high and I didn’t realise it until I started listening to the file. When we do the next one, the quality’ll be miles better.
